By submitting your order from computermemorycanada.com, you have indicated your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, sole discretion.
Please fill out all requested information completely and correctly in order for us to process your orders in time and retain your confirmation number in case you need to track your orders. Prices do not include shipping and handling. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclusive of PST & GST. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is made. We do our best to provide you with the most reliable and up to date prices. If in any case that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time and correct the error on our website.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, money order, certified cheque and wire transfer. Your order would not be sent out until the payment is received if you pay by money order or certified cheque or wire transfer. We charge your credit card when order is shipped. The order amount more than $400.00, may request copy of credit card and ID. The order amount more than $1000.00, may request wire transfer payment. The shipping address located outside of Canada or United State, only wire transfer payment is accepted.
We charge PST & GST on all orders that to be shipped to addresses located in British Columbia. GST and QST for shipping to Quebec from our location W1. GST and PST (some provinces may apply) for shipping to addresses located outside of British Columbia from location W1. GST only for shipping to addresses located outside of British Columbia from location W2.
Your order will be shipped via Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post. As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. No pick up available at our office or warehouse. Depending on availability, orders processed by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped out within 1 to 3 working days. If product may not be available for delivery, we will notify you the approximate date. We ship all products to the billing address of the credit card. If billing address is different from shipping address, you may be requested to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form and email it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for your order delay caused by shipping address is different from the billing address. It is not our responsible for shipping or other delays cased by events beyond our control. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% or $30.00, whichever greater, restocking charge. Shipping charge and insurance are not refundable.
All memory products sold online are covered by Manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers replacement of the same product or another product determined by the customer if the same product is unavailable.
Kingston and Corsair memory modules have a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Sandisk memory products have five-year manufacturer's warranty. Please check manufacturer's website for details. No warranty shall apply to any physically damaged, and opened software products. No warranty shall apply to any products, which have been modified or damaged by the Buyer. Product that is defective due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation is not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for any damages incurred to Buyer's equipment or data resulting from an improper installation. All warranties begin from the date of invoice.
